I was asked to speak at the WI AGM in 2003 at the Royal Albert Hall about the importance of good nutrition for children. It was a real honour to be involved with so many women who get out there and change lives for the better.

This is one of the most extraordinary restaurants in the world. Set in Bray in Berkshire, Head chef Heston Blumenthal has created a menu that will blow your mind and change your perception of food forever. If you only have one meal out in your life, make it at the Fat Duck.

I've been GMTV's nutritionist for 12 years now and their website always has up-to-date information from the programme plus lots of extra information and back up help.

I'm a strong believer in human rights and so it makes sense to belong to AI. It would be great if you joined them too. They always welcome extra support.

Diver Magazine
Having become a bit of a diving nut, I'd love you to have a look at this site. It may just encourage you to take the plunge and if you already dive, you'll find loads of great information at your key board tips.

Illy.com
Franco tells me that Illy espresso has less caffeine than other coffees and it definitely is one of the best tasting. The site is cool and well worth a look.

Friends of the Earth
Well, we need to do something, anything to help improve the state of this planet for future generations and Friends of the Earth are doing their bit. Why not join them and do yours?

Riverside Brasserie
Again set in Berkshire, this small riverside restaurant is delightful in the summer to visit and eat head chef Garrey Dawson's fabulous food. It's a favourite of local celebs like actress Anna Friel.

Micheal John
This is where Kevin cuts my hair. You know what it's like, you get attached to your hairdresser and they know all your secrets. The great thing about Kevin is, he won't tell anyone else... I hope.

Alpro
I love soya milk and this one is made just from the pressed soya beans minus artificial additives. Alpro also have great relationships with their farmers and behave in an ethical way towards all parts of their business. Not only that, they don't destroy the rainforests during production which is more than can be said for a lot of soya producers.

Laurent Perrier
They have a champagne with just 60 calories a glass called Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut. It's a favourite of everyone from Kate Moss to Naomi Campbell and Franki Dettori - if you want to celebrate without piling on the pounds then it's must.

Champneys
If you need to chill out, get fit, have some fabulous treatments and eat brilliantly well then you need a trip to Champneys.
