Riverside Brasserie Again set in Berkshire, this small riverside restaurant is delightful in the summer to visit and eat head chef Garrey Dawson's fabulous food. It's a favourite of local celebs like actress Anna Friel.

Alpro I love soya milk and this one is made just from the pressed soya beans minus artificial additives. Alpro also have great relationships with their farmers and behave in an ethical way towards all parts of their business. Not only that, they don't destroy the rainforests during production which is more than can be said for a lot of soya producers.
Laurent Perrier They have a champagne with just 60 calories a glass called Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut. It's a favourite of everyone from Kate Moss to Naomi Campbell and Franki Dettori - if you want to celebrate without piling on the pounds then it's must.
