Fresh Fruit Salad
Ingredients
2 kiwi fruit
2 bananas
3 oranges
2 apples
2 pears
6 strawberries
A handful blueberries and raspberries
1 mango
125ml plain soya yogurt
2-3 tbsp honey
30g of chopped almonds
Method
Chop all the fruit into small pieces. Add to a large bowl and mix until the fruit juices run into each other. Serve in two small bowls and top with yogurt, seeds and honey.
