    Loose weight without dieting

    2. Chocoholics chill out! Don't beat yourself if you need the occasional fix. Stock up with mini Green and Black chocolates and indulge when you feel the need. With around just 50 calories a nibble, you satisfy your urge minus the extra pounds.
